Additionally, all service providers will have the ability to upload any qualifications which they feel are relevant to their profession.

My provider never showed up. What should I do?+
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by your provider not showing up. In such instances, we encourage you to promptly submit a dispute through the Bookings section in your dashboard. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your bookings, and select the relevant booking to submit your dispute along with a detailed description of the situation. We have contact details for all providers on our platform, which allows us to swiftly address any problems. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers, and a full refund will be issued immediately under these circumstances.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?+
Yes, you can cancel your booking under certain conditions. Currently, booking times cannot be modified after they have been accepted by the service provider. We are working on implementing this feature soon. Travellers are able to cancel their booking up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment with no consequences. However, if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the appointment, payment will be taken.
My job title doesn't appear as an option for service providers, can I still sign up?+
At Holiday PA, we welcome skilled freelancers to join our platform. If your job title isn't currently listed amongst our service provider options, don't worry. We're constantly looking to expand and enhance the range of services available to travellers.
